Ellie Nursery Assistant

I'm a mum of 2 and have worked in the childcare industry for many years.

I progressed from a student at school studying GNVQ in Health & Social Care at level 2 to training in a nursery for my NVQ level 2 in Childcare. I then trained in level 3 whilst working as a room leader. 

In January 2009, I decided to work as a Childminder after having my first child and then worked towards my level 4 in Childcare. 

I grew my business and employed two assistants  so that I could help provide more help for families and now here we are! With the children always at the forefront of what I do I have now opened my very own nursery!

My mission is to provide every child with a warm, interactive and homely environment which allows for lots of fun and laughter. We supply a range of activities and use individual planning to ensure that each child develops and progresses towards their milestones found within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) as set by Ofsted. 

I regularly attend courses too ensure my knowledge is always up to date and enables me to provide the best care for the children.
